The Brief: Help the UK’s first full internet bank, Smile, celebrate its 10th birthday and spread the word about its better approach to banking that makes people smile.
The Solution: Instead of a few ads and a press release I decided to think big and created a ‘Cheer Up Britain Day’ with Smile at the heart of things. From online games and microsite to press and internal comms our ‘Slap on a Smile’ idea worked a treat.
The Result: Smiles all round. At the agency. At the client’s office. And in my book.
