The Brief: To develop a brand and website for a new and unique online conveyancing system that would break through the clutter of this very competitive marketplace.
The target audience is primarily solicitors and estate agents and the platform enables them to connect, manage projects and refer work – “It’s like Linked In with a sector specific purpose.”
The Solution: We organised and moderated a brand development workshop to insure that the management team were all in agreement about their new brand proposition, positioning and personality. The output was a comprehensive brand articulation document for the team and their staff to refer to.
We went on to design the brand logo, look and feel, and strapline along with a new website that introduced some personality to what could be seen as a very dry market sector.
