The Brief: Refresh the current online offering from the food part of The Co-operative business during the christmas period with an idea that can go beyond just christmas – the site also needed to become a more rich and interactive online hub for our users.
The Solution: A Christmas Kitchen interface where users can access recipes, deals, offers and shared ideas – with real charm, interactivity and reasons to return.
The Result: The Kitchen was a success – it massively increased user engagement, the volume of traffic. All created for a lot less than you’d expect. The Kitchen also went on to be the main interface for the The Co-operative Food site for the last year, with the interface changing with each season.
